Outrageous. Emotional. And one hell of a boatmanfrom stem to stern. He's the Restoration Perfectionist of New England andhe's built a thriving business in his own outlandish image as he and hisskilled, rowdy team restore the boating world's most flashy and fascinatingvessels from the tip to transom. Ride along with Michael, his crew and his extended family for an insider's view of exciting new "start to finish" boat restorations, innovative special projects, hilararious work and family "life" predicaments. Follow them traveling to interesting locales - marine shows, events, luxury, client homes and yachts, historic boat and Italian, family pilgrimages and vacation destinations.

Bronx-born and just as gritty, gregarious and driven for greatness as you'd expect, Michael is madly in love with his wife, his team, his customers, his business and his life. And if you're wondering how he keeps all his feelings in check, fuhgetaboutit. He doesn't.Pam Borrelli: She's lovely, meticulous, organized and a driving forcebehind the marketing success of METAN. After being the object ofMichael's affections for two decades, Pam finally came on board as thenew Mrs. B and she's brought her own substantial personality andbusiness acumen with her. Devoted mother. Patient wife. CreativeWriter. A fiercely independent individual, which she has to be in orderto handle all the testosterone in the shop. Likewise, she's sure.Terry Burke: Gentle Giant with Cloony-esque qualities he's Michael'sdeclared best friend and alter ego. Terry runs the back office operationand is always on hand to calm the waters, keep Michael in check and drop a caustic, hilarious one-liner on anyone in range.Matt Tanner: He's the guy who gets it done, day in and day out leadingthe crew in the custom shop and managing his irreverent boss as theystrive to create the greatest floating shows on water. His expertise is the incredible paint work he does,turning the look of boats into a mirror of reflection. He has Michael's back....Vince Miragliotta: He's the easy-going partner who reciprocates Michael'slove with a long, long fuse and deep devotion to the business he joinedas an investor and even-keel about three years ago. He's always gotMichael's best interests at heart and handles the front of the house withgenuine style and an easy smile.Clarence the Wonder Dog: The only guy who really understands Michaelis Clarence and hes not talking. This big, huggable behemoth is alwayssomewhere watching, listening and looking out for his hero who repayshim with lots of love and an unlimited expense account for anything hewants including $10,000 worth of canine brain surgery.The Family: Too many to list or describe, Michael's made his businessall about his many natural born and adopted family members. There'shis self-made Dad, Joe, who drops in to keep an eye on things (and slapsome Bronx-style sense into his son from time to time). There are sevenassorted kids between Michael and Pam with all manners of issues, talents and challenges, chief of which is being related to their own outrageous Dad. Episode 1 EPISODE 1:The Fantastic Fountain and Then SomeCustomer Dave Holway knows what he likes, and expects perfection. That's why hes brought his 34-foot Fountain to METAN. After a winterizing-shrink-wrap mishap that left his paint job deeply marred, burned andscarred, Holway called on Michael and company to restore his awesomeboat, and that's exactly what they did demonstrating their best-in-the-business finishing skills in the process. (Start to finish restoration).Along the way, the team kicks off work on another Fountain that soon willshimmer and shine like Holoway's Retrieve.Meanwhile, the METAN hijinx pick up speed as Pam and Michael'swhirlwind lives spin slightly out of control around their seven demandingkids.

Episode 2 EPISODE 2:Guardian Angel of MexicoThere's a boat on the lot that's ready for delivery but it's no ordinaryboat and no ordinary delivery. It's a 25-foot Guardian that was once a USNavy gunboat. Michael and his team have restored and totally customizedit into the ultimate marlin boat for a wealthy collector in Mexico. As thecrew starts up work on a second Guardian project, Michael and Pam setout with the super-deluxe Guardian for an in-person delivery to their high-flying customer down in Mexico. Get ready for anything and everything because its going to happen sooner or later on this fantastic journey. Visit and see the luxury resorts and beautiful seaside towns along the Mexican coast. Interesting side trips to the town of Tequila - sample age long family tradition of Tequila making and pairings for a fun filled trip!

Episode 3 EPISODE 3:A Whale of a WhalerPam's youngest son, Jito, is funny, original, challenging andautistic.Michael's not only taken him under his wing as a proud stepfather, he'sembraced his challenges with his entire spirit. That's why he's rebuilt andcherried-out a 13-foot 1960s Classic Boston Whaler and put it up as thegrand prize in a raffle to benefit autistic children.In this episode, we meet Jito, learn about his life and tribulationsovercoming his condition and we launch into the rebuild of another 13-foot Whaler that, one day, will look as awesome as the one that one luckywinner will trailer home from an upcoming fundraiser.When Michael and Jito are in the same scene, you can be positivethat anything can and will happen at any moment. EPISODE 4: In it's your Blood! (Italy & the I.M. Pei Connection) Building boats...little did Michael Borrelli know as a young man, that his passion for rebuilding and restoring actually hailed from a long lineage of builders and craftsman. Witness Michael and Pam Borrelli's remarkable and beautifully scenic trip back to Italy to trace the Borrelli roots ... which funnily enough, land them back in their decendants small Italian town - a town of boat builders! Good genes. Michael always heard from his grandfather that "your craft is your reputation"... and his grandfather should know! As a meticulous boat engineer during the War, he was recruited as the first hire of the renowned architecht, I.M. Pei where he worked on many world famous projects over the years. He was so well loved by Pei, that he continued to pay his full salary till the day he died. Michael and his dad share, untold, historical stories about his grandfather and I.M.Pei.

Episode 5

EPISODE 5 CLASSIFIED "TOP SECRET" (MIT and project for NASA) "They've got it"! Follow Michael and team for a rare, insider's view of why MIT and areospace agencies reached out to Metan to produce some top secret projects for the government. Learn why their innovative restoring and manufacturing techniques on boats have singled them out by one of the top agencies in the government - NASA.

Episode 6

EPISODE 6 "Atlantis" (Bahamas) Travel with Michael and Pam to The Atlantis hotel in the Bahamas, where they first honeymooned. On this trip they combine pleasure with family and friends with work - delivering another one of their custom boats to a client who invites them on their yacht for a caribbean adventure. Hilararious family and client antics ensue in paradise which make them long for a "relaxing vacation".
